Big openings, and where the limits actually are
Most people ask how wide a bi-fold can go and get a vague answer. Visofold 1000 takes a sash up to 1200mm wide, 2500mm high and 100kg. Visoglide Plus goes to 2500mm high with a 34mm slimline interlock. Those are published figures and they are on the product pages, so you can design to them rather than around them.
Verandas and canopies
On a rural plot the veranda spans matter more than the projection. Series 6 gives 4 metres between posts with a glass roof; Series 35 projects to 6 metres and carries a published fire classification for commercial work.
