What delays a job is an order passing through four companies before anyone cuts metal. The extruder rolls the profile, a stockholder keeps it in a yard, a fabricator cuts it, a counter takes your call. You pay all four and you chase all four. We are one of them, doing three of the jobs.
What that means at this distance
If a size is wrong, the saw that cut it is ours and the remake starts on it. There is no supply chain to send it back down and no third party to blame.

Ring it through or email a schedule. A rough drawing is enough to start. You get a written, itemised quote before anything is cut.
