GXG Aluminium manufactures and installs aluminium windows and doors, including products fabricated using systems from Smart Systems.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION TERMS
4. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are subject to site survey and final measurements.
GXG Aluminium reserves the right to amend pricing following survey if required.
5. Orders & Deposits
A deposit may be required before manufacturing begins.
Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
Bespoke and made-to-measure products are non-refundable unless faulty.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated on your quotation or invoice.
Full payment must be received prior to or upon completion of installation unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
7. Delivery & Installation
Installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, supply chain delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must ensure clear access to the property on the agreed installation date.
Any additional works required that were not included in the original quotation may incur extra charges.
8. Product Specifications
All products are manufactured to customer-approved specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all details, including:
Sizes and measurements
Colour selections
Hardware choices
Glazing options
GXG Aluminium is not responsible for errors in customer-approved specifications.
9. Warranties
GXG Aluminium provides product warranties in line with manufacturer guarantees and installation workmanship warranties.
Warranty terms:
Do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidental damage
Do not cover normal wear and tear
Are void if products are altered by third parties
Full warranty details are available upon request.
10. Limitation of Liability
GXG Aluminium shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits or business
Delays outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
11. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts)
If you are a consumer entering into a contract off-premises or at distance, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
However, cancellation rights may not apply once bespoke goods have entered production.
