GXG Aluminium is a trading name of Gilham and Gilham Glass Co. Ltd, company number 05369985. Invoices are issued by Gilham and Gilham.

GXG Aluminium manufactures and installs aluminium windows and doors, including products fabricated using systems from Smart Systems.

Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in a way that causes damage or disruption
• Attempt unauthorised access to the website or server
• Copy or reproduce content without written permission

Accuracy of information

While we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing or specifications are free from error. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

Specification figures attributed to Smart Systems are published by the manufacturer and are reproduced as published.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are subject to site survey and final measurements. GXG Aluminium reserves the right to amend pricing following survey if required.

Orders and deposits

A deposit may be required before manufacturing begins. Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. Bespoke and made-to-measure products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Payment terms

Payment terms will be stated on your quotation or invoice. Full payment must be received prior to or upon completion of installation unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Delivery and installation

Installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, supply chain delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must ensure clear access to the property on the agreed installation date. Any additional works required that were not included in the original quotation may incur extra charges.

Product specifications

All products are manufactured to customer-approved specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm all details, including:

• Sizes and measurements
• Colour selections
• Hardware choices
• Glazing options

Warranties

GXG Aluminium provides product warranties in line with manufacturer guarantees, and installation workmanship warranties.

Warranty terms do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidental damage, do not cover normal wear and tear, and are void if products are altered by third parties.

Limitation of liability

GXG Aluminium shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or business
• Delays outside our reasonable control

Cancellation rights

If you are a consumer entering into a contract off-premises or at a distance, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, cancellation rights may not apply once bespoke goods have entered production.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

Force majeure

GXG Aluminium shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, supply chain disruption, industrial disputes and government restrictions.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms

GXG Aluminium reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
